BLUE RIBBON PANEL

Welcome to the second round of the Delphi Survey and thank you for being a member of the Blue-Ribbon Panel.

IMPORTANT:

Although the surveys may be viewed on a phone, a computer or tablet is recommended to simplify navigating through the survey.

If you would like to start and stop while completing a survey and come back to it later, you must use the same computer and allow COOKIES in your internet browser prior to starting the survey.  Otherwise, your responses will not be saved if you close the survey before clicking on the SUBMIT button on the final page.

For technical assistance or general questions please email Greg at info@USNWSAP.org.
