ORGANIZATION SURVEYS

Welcome to the USNWSAP landing page for ORGANIZATIONS working in water safety or drowning prevention.

There are six links below to six separate surveys.  The surveys request feedback on the action and gap recommendations put forth by the USNWSAP working groups and vetted by outside experts. You are welcome to complete any or all of the surveys depending on your organization's level of interest and engagement in each area.

Your completion of a survey will be considered permission to use your responses to help inform the deliberations of the Blue-Ribbon Panel who will assist the Steering Committee in finalizing the plan.

At the end of each survey, there is a SUBMIT button. Clicking on it will submit your responses and return you to this page, where you can choose to complete another survey or exit.

Please complete the surveys you choose to complete by September 7th, 2022.

You can preview the recommendations in all six of the surveys by clicking HERE.

IMPORTANT:

Although the surveys may be viewed on a phone, a computer or tablet is recommended to simplify navigating through the survey.

If you would like to start and stop while completing a survey and come back to it later, you must use the same computer and allow COOKIES in your internet browser prior to starting the survey.  Otherwise, your inputs will not be saved if you close the survey before clicking the SUBMIT button on the final page.

For technical assistance or general questions please email Greg at info@USNWSAP.org.

Thank you again for all you do to prevent drowning and for assisting us in this important stage in the USNWSAP development process.
