USNWSAP Stakeholder Surveys
Welcome! The USNWSAP Stakeholder Surveys are designed to gather input from stakeholders in the water safety field on the action and gap recommendations being put forward for the U.S. National Water Safety Action Plan.
We are soliciting input from both individuals and organizations. For more information on the surveys, please see the linked FAQs.
INDIVIDUAL SURVEYS are open to any individual working in water safety and drowning prevention and will be anonymous unless you choose to share your email.
ORGANIZATION SURVEYS are open to one representative per organization and will capture the name of the organization. Organizations are asked to identify one representative to complete the survey on their behalf capturing their organizations position on the recommendations. Individuals submitting on behalf of their organization are welcome to share their personal opinions by also completing one or more of the individual surveys.
